The HSRP Punjab App is for the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH), Government of India amended Rule 50 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989 to standardize the form and manner in which registration numbers are displayed across the country. The State Transport Department started implementation of project in State of Punjab from May 2012.
The State Transport Commissioner, Punjab is pioneer in using Information Technology for providing citizen centric services. Keeping this in mind, same Mobile App is developed as completed package of HSRP. User can make online payment for HSRP(for all the vehicle registered before 1st April 2019), Track the status of HSRP, Book Online Appointment for Affixation.
